FAQ & Safety

Everything you need to know before your visit.

Booking & Tickets

How do I book an experience?

Select your experience and time slot on our Book page. Complete payment online and you'll receive a confirmation with your waiver link.

Can I walk in without a booking?

Yes — we accept walk-ins subject to availability. Our front desk staff can create a booking for you on-site. We recommend booking in advance on weekends.

What is the cancellation policy?

When you cancel, we give you three choices: reschedule free (up to 2 hours before), take 100% as store credit valid for 6 months (available any time before the session), or take a cash refund. Cash refund is 100% if you cancel 24+ hours out, 50% between 2–24 hours, and not available within 2 hours. No-shows get nothing.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes — from your booking page, click Manage booking and choose Reschedule any time up to 2 hours before your session. You'll be taken straight into picking a new time, with your payment automatically carried over.

How do I use a store credit?

Credits arrive as a gift card code by email and are auto-attached to your account. Just use the Book now button in the email or enter the code at checkout — we'll apply it to the total. Credits are good for 6 months.

Do I need to create an account to book?

No — guest bookings are supported. However, creating a free account lets you manage bookings, earn loyalty points, and store your signed waiver.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes — please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's licence or passport). Staff will verify your identity at check-in before your waiver is accepted.

Safety & Medical

What is the age range for experiences?

All experiences are for ages 9–55 years. Players under 13 are limited to 15-minute sessions due to visual system development guidelines.

Is there a weight limit?

Flash Racer: max 125 kg per person. VR Magic UFO: max 100 kg per person. VR Mecha: max 150 kg per person. FPS Arena: max 200 kg combined weight. VR Arena has no weight limit.

Do children under 18 need a guardian?

Yes — all players under 18 must have a signed guardian consent waiver before participating. This can be completed digitally before your visit.

Who should NOT participate?

We strongly advise against participation for: pregnant women, individuals with heart disease, epilepsy (including photosensitive epilepsy), abnormal blood pressure, mental illness, serious neck/back injuries, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If in doubt, consult your physician first.

What should I do if I feel unwell during a session?

Stop immediately. Emergency stop buttons are available on every machine. Alert a staff member. Our team is trained in first aid and will assist you.

Can I wear glasses or contacts?

Light prescription glasses may be worn inside some headsets. Contact lenses are fine for all experiences. Our staff can advise on the best fit for your headset at check-in.

The Experiences

Can I watch someone else play?

Yes — FPS Arena has two 49" spectator monitors. VR Arena is visible to spectators. Staff can provide viewing guidance for other experiences.

Is VR Arena suitable for all ages in the 9–55 range?

Yes, but VR Arena requires grip socks ($3/person) for safety on the arena floor. Players must be comfortable moving freely and wearing a headset while walking.

Can I play Flash Racer with my own Steam account?

Flash Racer is compatible with Steam racing games. Contact us in advance if you want to use a specific title — our pre-loaded game library covers the most popular titles.

How long is each session?

Flash Racer & VR Mecha: 45 minutes. VR Magic UFO & FPS Arena: 40 minutes. VR Arena: 45 minutes. Under-13 players cap at 15 minutes regardless of experience.

Is there a locker room or storage?
