By accessing and using the Elyonexus website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Elyonexus operates a VR game park located at 10940 119 Street NW, Edmonton, AB. Our services include online booking, in-venue VR experiences, loyalty programs, and related amenities.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. Full refund is available for cancellations made 24 or more hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Age & Safety Requirements

All participants must be between 9 and 55 years of age. Players under 13 are limited to 15-minute sessions. Players under 18 require guardian consent. All participants must sign a waiver before participating.

Participants with heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, or other medical conditions listed in our waiver may not participate.

5. Liability

Participants assume all risks associated with VR gaming activities. Elyonexus and its staff are not liable for injuries resulting from normal use of equipment, provided all safety guidelines are followed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Elyonexus. Photos or videos taken at our venue may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out at check-in.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
