We collect: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and payment information when you create an account or make a booking. We also collect waiver signatures, IP addresses, and device information for security purposes.

Your information is used to: process bookings, manage your account, verify age and safety requirements, process payments, send booking confirmations, and (with your consent) send marketing communications.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Your Rights (Alberta PIPA)

As an Alberta business, we are primarily governed by Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), which the federal government has deemed substantially similar to PIPEDA. Under PIPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data we hold
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
  • Request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention requirements, e.g., 7-year waiver retention for insurance)
  • File a complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta

5. Marketing Communications

We only send marketing emails and SMS to users who have opted in. You can update your communication preferences at any time in your account settings or by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. No personal data is shared with third-party advertisers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Waiver records are retained for 7 years per insurance requirements. You may request account deletion at any time.
